Macaroni and Cheese
INGREDIENTS:- 1 Lb. box large elbow macaroni
- 1 stick butter
 - about 4 or 5 pods of garlic chopped or crushed
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese (mild)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Grease sides of a heavy 3
qt. sauce pan feel about 3/4 full with water, and bring to a boil. Add macaroni
and garlic. Cook until macaroni is done (tender) . Remove from heat. and do not
drain. Add stick of butter, beat eggs and add to milk, pour into macaroni. Pour this
into a casserole dish, add 2 cups cheddar and 1 cup mozzarella, salt and
pepper, stir up, spread rest of cheddar on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1/2 hour or until lightly brown on top.
