 Orange Gum Cookies
 
INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups or [1box] brown sugar
  • 4 cups of plain flower
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups of pecans or walnuts [finely chopped]
  • 19 slices of Orange Gum Candy [chopped in small pieces]

    Directions:

    1. Mix eggs and sugar with 3 cups of flower,
    2. Sift the extra cup of flower over candy and nuts.
    3. Mix with egg mixture. Mix well [mixture will be very stiff]
    4. Spread on greased cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 25 mins.
    5. Cool and cut into cookies.
    6. Eat and enjoy
